Comments can sometimes become crowded with people trying to have discussions about the SAW movies, so I decided to set up a small forum so that if people wanted to discuss things a little easier they could. You can check out the forum using the link at the top of the page or head on over to:

If there are any issues with the message board, please leave a comment on this post and I’ll take a look. It’s still a work in progress so over the next few days I’ll be making a few modifications.

New Look!

We’ve gone through many transformations over the years, everything from new domains to new looks, but I think we finally found one that we are happy with. We started off with the domain sawtrilogy.com right before SAW 3 came out, that didn’t last long so we had to come up with something that could withstand the amount of movies these guys planned on making and thus jigsawslair.com was born. We’ve also gone through many different designs, some that were setup for the wrong reasons and others just because we were lazy, but I think we’ve found our look.

If you haven’t noticed, we have many sites dedicated to different movies (check the footer for links) and we will be moving them all over to this more uniform/clean look soon. So thanks again for your continued support and make sure you check out our other sites.

Welcome to the new site

Well it’s not really that new, we’ve upgraded our blogging software finally and fixed the comments so you can now leave comments again!

The main change is the name, seeing as how the SAW movies have become more than a trilogy we decided SAW Trilogy was a little dated so it was time for a change. So again, welcome to the site, please leave tons of comments (since they finally work!!)

Changes To The Forum

It’s been rather slow as far as SAW News is concerned so I took some time and re-arranged the forum. If you didn’t know, the link on the right goes straight to the SAW Section of the forum, but there are a lot of other sections of the forum open for discussion, mainly about movies and tv. So head on over to the main forum and see what else we have going on, we love talking about movies in general whether it’s SAW or not, and I would assume that if you are reading this site you love all movies as well, so come check it out.

I know it’s not news regarding SAW but I think you guys will enjoy this movie that’s coming out as well. So of course I started another site to keep all the information about the movie in one place. Here’s a little synopsis from the Hollywood Reporter/Paramount about what Cloverfield is.

“ï¿½Cloverfield,ï¿½ which revolves around a monster attack in New York as told from the point of view of a small group of people, is being produced by J.J. Abrams. It is being directed by Matt Reeves, who co-created ï¿½Felicityï¿½ with Abrams, and is written by Drew Goddard, who has worked with Abrams on ï¿½Lostï¿½ and ï¿½Alias.ï¿½”
